I’ve wanted to visit Savannah ever since seeing the movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. I finally made it there this May of 2026, and it was just as charming as it was in the film. My only disappointment was not seeing the Bird Girl statue in its original location--the Bonaventure Cemetery--and I didn't want to pay to see it in a museum. Seeing it out of its original element just wouldn't be the same.
